The tradition of food, family, and friendship has always been at the heart of why I cook. My passion for food was instilled early on watching my father grill at the parrilla and by the stove with my beloved Vicenta. Asados and Grandma’s Sunday dinners were the place where food and love became one. Although I went on to have a career in architecture, my heart was always in the kitchen. So I left architecture and enrolled in Culinary school in my hometown, Buenos Aires - where I graduated top of my class. From there I returned to NYC, where I went on to cook at Tom Colicchio’s renowned CraftBar - which I credit as my true culinary education. I then cooked in several other restaurants in New York City before moving to Boulder, Colorado where I served as Executive Sous Chef at the 4 Diamond resort Omni Interlocken. In 2020, I launched my business as a Personal Chef. Whether cooking for a catered event, outdoors on my parrilla or for a fine dining dinner party, my commitment to this craft will ensure you have a hearty and joyous culinary experience. My family and I are now based in Norwalk, CT and I serve mainly the Fairfield County greater area and beyond.
